5 arrested for allegedly running ABQ chop shop

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Five people are accused of stealing motorcycles and facing charges for allegedly running a chop shop at a Northeast Heights home.

Investigators say when they searched their home they found several motorcycles in the backyard. Many were reportedly cut in half, missing engines or otherwise altered from their original form.
