APD officials say Feliciano Garcia Rascon, 81, "simply walked away" from his residence on Texas Street near Pennsylvania and Central "without saying anything to his family." Family members of Garcia Rascon told police he suffers from dementia and Alzheimer's, and may appear lost or confused when alone.

Police say family members also told them he does not have a cell phone or wallet on his person.

Garcia Rascon stands 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs about 180 pounds, and has gray hair with brown eyes.

If you have any information as to his whereabouts, you are urged to contact the APD Missing Persons Unit at (505)659-7259.
