Bus stabbing suspect to stay in NM for trial before extradition

The man accused of stabbing another man on a city bus at least two dozen times will not be leaving New Mexico anytime soon.

Gregory Dozier is wanted out of Oklahoma for domestic violence charges, but he will be tried first in Albuquerque for his alleged role in the stabbing in January.

Dozier claims he was the one who was attacked on that city bus. Police say he tried to steal the victim's necklace.
