ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – A man has been arrested after driving drunk for the fifth time over a span of several years.

Police were called to the Walmart on Golf Course in northwest Albuquerque following a call about a suspicious vehicle. When they arrived, they found Richard Sanchez urinating on the driver side tire of his car, according to court documents.

Sanchez told police he “had a beer,” but wasn’t driving. After failing field sobriety tests, Sanchez was taken into custody and booked on an aggravated DWI charge.
