ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- Voters are one week away choosing whether Tim Keller and Dan Lewis will become Albuquerque's next mayor, and KOB's election night coverage will include one young man who challenged them earlier this year.

Gus Pedrotty spent months on the campaign trail with the candidates, including 42 forums and debates. Though he didn't make the cut from the field of eight, he knows where the candidates stand on the big issues and will offer that unique insight when the returns roll in next week.

Joining KOB's coverage as a special guest, Pedrotty has not endorsed any candidate nor has he given contributions. He has not accepted a position with a campaign, either. Pedrotty sat down with Chris Ramirez to talk about his experience. Watch that story tonight at 10.
