Police: 1-year-old allegedly took Ritalin; man charged

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- An Albuquerque man is facing child endangerment charges after a 1-year-old girl allegedly took some of his pills.

Police say Richard Murray was high on drugs when they arrived to help the child. Murray reportedly told police the child must have consumed Ritalin pills that were accidentally left on the ground.

Police also say they found a syringe and meth in Murray's jacket.

FATHER CHARGED IN ROAD RAGE INCIDENT

An Albuquerque father is also accused of putting his children's lives at risk. Police say Cidrick Zamora admitted to pulling out a gun at another driver during a road rage incident.

His three children were in his truck when this allegedly happened.

Zamora has been charged with aggravated assault and child abuse.
