The driver also told police that Sanchez attempted to run her over.

Police say that Sanchez and Salmeron got out of their vehicle, and Salmeron was armed with a knife.

Police say that when they arrived there were several people in front of the home with a number of weapons.

Witnesses told police that neighbors became involved when Salmeron allegedly tried to stab a juvenile boy.

The suspect told police they were jumped when they arrived at the home.
