ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Albuquerque Police are looking for two women who stole thousands of dollars’ worth of merchandise from a local store.

The two women were caught on surveillance cameras at the Bed Bath & Beyond near Cottonwood Mall in northwest Albuquerque.

Officers say one of the women distracted a cashier while the other wheeled out a cart full of stolen items.  They were seen leaving in a silver four-door sedan with a white out-of-state license plate. Large white stickers on the rear window of the car read “Brian & Jessica.”

According to police, the two are also responsible for thefts at Toys R Us and Target.

Anyone with information on the suspects and their whereabouts is asked to call 505-843-7867.
