Violent fugitive caught, Marshals Service says Web Staff

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- The U.S. Marshals Service says they helped Bernalillo County deputies catch a violent fugitive.


Marshals say Duwin Perez-Cordova shot a man with a shotgun at a car wash on Coors in the South Valley. Officials say he was driving a stolen car at the time of the shooting.

Cordova is facing charges of shooting from a vehicle, aggravated battery and attempted murder.
