Witness found, arrested in accused cop killer case Web Staff

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. --  Albuquerque police say they've found a key witness in the case against alleged cop killer Davon Lymon.


Savannah Garcia was booked into the Bernalillo County jail early Wednesday morning. Investigators say she was with Lymon the night APD Officer Daniel Webster was killed.

Prosecutors want to get a statement from Garcia as soon as possible because they say her health is rapidly failing due to a heroin addiction. But she failed to show up for a court hearing Tuesday, resulting in a warrant being issued.
