FARMINGTON, N.M. (AP) - A 48-year-old Aztec resident faces a charge of vehicular homicide in a July 4 crash that killed a motorcyclist.

San Juan County Undersheriff Mark McCloskey says an arrest warrant was issued Wednesday for Calvin Finch after test results found his blood-alcohol level was 0.13 after the crash. The legal limit for presumed intoxication is 0.08.

The crash on U.S. 550 and County Road 2105 killed motorcyclist Harry Irvin.

The sheriff's office says Finch is charged with homicide by vehicle, driving on a suspended or revoked license, careless driving and failure to yield.

Eleven days after the crash, Finch was arrested on a separate charge of driving while intoxicated.
