Shoshain Tsosie
The United States Marshals Service and its Southwest Investigative Fugitive Task Force (SWIFT) are currently seeking the whereabouts of Shoshain TSOSIE, in reference to an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.
TSOSIE is wanted for violating conditions of supervised release on the underlying Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, Crime in Indian Country and Assault resulting in serious bodily injury.
In May 2009, TSOSIE left the halfway house in Albuquerque and his current whereabouts are unknown.
Subject is believed to have ties to the Albuquerque Metro area and Fruitland, Shiprock, NM. TSOSIE may possibly be found in the company of his girlfriend, Britney. TSOSIE is also a suspect in crimes committed in the four corners region.
TSOSIE’s criminal history includes; Assault, Assault resulting in serious bodily injury, Assault with a dangerous weapon, and Criminal trespass.
TSOSIE is described as a 23 year-old Indian male, 5’8”, approximately 160lbs with black hair and brown eyes.
The U.S. Marshals Service considers this individual to be armed and extremely dangerous. Anyone with information that could lead to this subject’s apprehension is asked to contact the U.S. Marshals Service at 505-346-6400. All information will be kept confidential.
