Fairgrounds building gets green upgrade

One state fair building is getting an energy-efficient makeover this year.
The state’s energy conservation and management division has replaced 70 incandescent light bulbs at the Natural Resources Building.
Officials say florescent bulbs put on the building’s display will save enough energy to power an average New Mexico home every day.
