LOS ALAMOS, N.M. (AP) - A fourth New Mexican has died of swine flu.

State Department of Health spokesman Chris Minnick says the weekend death of the 21-year-old Los Alamos County woman was confirmed Tuesday as swine flu.

The department is investigating whether she had any underlying health conditions.

Two women, a 52-year-old from Bernalillo County and a 45-year-old from Sierra County, died of swine flu last month.

Another woman, a 48-year-old from McKinley County who was treated in Arizona, also died but Minnick did not know when. Officials say the three women had other health conditions that put them at risk for complications.
