Fugitive of the Week: Charles Dale Schultz

The United States Marshals Service and its Southwest Investigative Fugitive Task Force (SWIFT) are currently seeking the whereabouts of Charles Dale SCHULTZ (Charley), in reference to an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.

SCHULTZ is wanted for violating conditions of supervised release on the underlying charges of Possession and Manufacturing of 100 or more of Marijuana plants. SCHULTZ is known to frequent South East section of Albuquerque in the Tramway to Carlisle on Central area. SCHULTZ is known to be driving a 1965 Ford Pick up, Step side, Yellow in color.

SHCULTZ’S criminal history includes; two counts of Burglary and Forgery.

SCHULTZ is described as a 41-year-old white male, 6’4”, approximately 180lbs with brown hair and hazel eyes.

The U.S. Marshals Service considers this individual to be armed and extremely dangerous. Anyone with information that could lead to this subject’s apprehension is asked to contact the U.S. Marshals Service at 505-346-6400. All information will be kept confidential.
