Glock in serious crash at Japan GP

(AP) SUZUKA, Japan - Toyota driver Timo Glock crashed into a tire wall at high speed in qualifying for the Japanese Grand Prix.
The German wrecked Saturday at the top of the start-finish straight. He remained in the car for a long period, attended by medical staff as a screen was placed around the car.
Saturday’s practice and qualifying sessions have been strewn with similar but less serious incidents, with Mark Webber, Sebastien Buemi and Jaime Alguersuari also skating across gravel traps and into tire walls.
