Fugitive of the Week: Pedro Escalante

The United States Marshals Service and its Southwest Investigative Fugitive Task Force (SWIFT) are currently seeking the whereabouts of Pedro ESCALANTE, in reference to an outstanding arrest warrant issued by New Mexico Probation / Parole for Probation Violation. ESCALANTE’s original charge was aggravated assault with a weapon and breaking and entering.

ESCALANTE’s criminal history includes: aggravated assault / domestic violence, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, false imprisonment, tampering with evidence, fraud, aggravated battery on a household member, breaking and entering, aggravated battery causing great bodily harm, and resisting / evading an officer.

ESCALANTE is described as a 36 year-old Hispanic male, 6’02”, approximately 210lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.

The U.S. Marshals Service considers this individual to be armed and extremely dangerous. Anyone with information that could lead to this subject’s apprehension is asked to contact the U.S. Marshals Service at 505-346-6400. All information will be kept confidential.
