Get Answers: Speeding continues on 'Bicycle Blvd'

A viewer from Albuquerque brought something to our attention about Silver Avenue—a designated “bicycle boulevard,” where the speed limit is 18 miles-per-hour:
“Cars are still speeding and blowing through the stop signs. I have never seen anybody cited or pulled over for anything when it is obvious that almost everyone is speeding. What is the point in spending all of the money on a project like that when it is not enforced?"
Jeff Maher spent the day looking into it and got a pledge from police.
