Fugitive of the Week: Nathan Archuleta

The United States Marshals Service and its Southwest Investigative Fugitive Task Force (SWIFT) are currently seeking the whereabouts of Nathan ARCHULETA, in reference to an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the United States District Court for Violations of Supervised Release. ARCHULETA’s original charge was Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Subject is believed to have ties to the Albuquerque Metro Area, Farmington and Deming. ARCHULETA is known to be a high ranking member of the Tortilla Flats Sureno Gang.

ARCHULETA’s criminal history includes: weapon offense, aggravated battery on a peace officer, assault against a peace officer, disorderly conduct, resisting/obstructing an officer, robbery, battery, and possession of a controlled substance with intend to deliver.

ARCHULETA is described as a 28 year-old Hispanic male, 5’06”, approximately 170lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.

The U.S. Marshals Service considers this individual to be armed and extremely dangerous. Anyone with information that could lead to this subject’s apprehension is asked to contact the U.S. Marshals Service at 505-346-6400. All information will be kept confidential.
