Owens charged with 4 counts of vehicular homicide

A man accused of driving drunk and causing a crash that killed four Santa Fe teenagers was formally charged Wednesday.
Investigators say Scott Owen, 29, drove the wrong way down the Old Las Vegas Highway in June, hitting a car carrying five Santa Fe teens. Only one of them survived.
Investigators say Owens' blood alcohol limit was twice the legal limit. He faces four counts of vehicular homicide.
