Manual Archuleta appears in court for threatening a school principal

A parent is accused of threatening a school principal after he wasn't able to get a parking spot.

Albuquerque police say Manual Archuleta, 30, was yelling and cussing at two other parents over a parking space during parent-teacher conferences at Cleveland Middle School.

Police say the principal tried to calm him down, but Archuleta poked her in the chest several times and said he was going to get his gun. He is charged with battery on school personnel.
