The UNM men’s basketball team beat New Mexico Highlands in an exhibition game, 98-68. Six Lobos scored in double figures led by Dairese Gary with 20 points. The Lobos open the season Nov.14 against UC Riverside.
UNM defensive back Nathan Enriquez is questionable for Saturday’s game at Utah. Enriquez suffered a concussion against SDSU. “He (Enriquez) practiced yesterday, we’re just waiting on the doctors to clear him, “ said head coach Mike Locksley.
The UNM men’s cross country team is 12th in this week's U.S. Cross Country Coaches Association national poll, the highest national ranking in program history.
