An anonymous tipster sent a video into KOB 4 On Your side of a mother getting high on meth right in front of a toddler.
New Mexico state law is clear, anyone who suspects of child abuse has to report it to authorities.
4 On Your Side reporter Gadi Schwartz did just that, and took the video to police.
