University of New Mexico incoming freshman Obij Aget is expected to miss some time, possibly the entire basketball season, with an undisclosed injury.

UNM men's basketball coach Steve Alford said Aget was not in Albuquerque this week with the other incoming freshman because of an injury.  "We're going to have to wait on Obij now because of an injury with him," said Alford.  "We're waiting to see what's going to happen there.  It could be now or a year from now, we'll see."

Aget is a 7-foot center from La Porte , Indiana.  He was born in Sudan.  Aget chose UNM over Florida State, Missouri, Texas Tech and Florida.
