Albuquerque firefighter's fate uncertain after primary victory

It’s unclear what the next steps will be for an Albuquerque firefighter who has been declared the winner in her primary race for state office.
On Tuesday, Emily Kane narrowly won her primary for the state House of Representatives.
But city officials have said it is against policy for city employees to run for office.
Last week, Kane took the issue to court.
A judge ruled that Kane can keep her job, and said he would revisit the issue after the primary.
