Police arrested two women at an Albuquerque massage parlor on Friday.

Albuquerque Police Department officers said there have recently been more complaints about illegal activity at Albuquerque massage parlors.

According to a criminal complaint Zhaowei Chi was arrested and is facing charges of prostitution and massage without a license.

Police say Yumin Feng was also arrested and faces charges for massage without a license.

Feng was not arrested for prostitution.

Police got a tip about possible illegal activity where the two women work, at Dream Spa Chinese Massage on San Pedro near Central.

On Thursday police say they sent in an undercover officer to the business.

They say the officer asked Chi for a "massagee," a term police say is commonly used to describe masturbation.

Officers say Chi agreed and was arrested.

The criminal complaint indicates Chi did not know she agreed to a sexual act.

When we called the spa an unidentified man told us there was a misunderstanding and the woman did not understand what police asked.
