A four acre fire burned in the Rio Grande bosque in the South Valley on Saturday.

Bernalillo County Fire and state forestry crews assisted the Albuquerque Fire Department to stop the fire.

As of 4:30 p.m. fire crews said it is 30 percent contained.

There are homes nearby, but so far the fire hasn't threatened any structures.

No cause has been determined, but arson hasn't been ruled out at this point.
