Do you ever go out to eat, look down at your plate, and wonder where your food came from?

Well, there's a new burger place in town can answer that question for you.

This week's Best Bites is featuring Burger Rush, which just opened at Paseo and Wyoming.

The restaurant prides itself on delicious and juicy burgers - and more importantly, their freshness.

At Burger Rush they say "there's a story behind every burger" and you can even ask where your meat is from

They'll be able to tell you where the cattle was raised and when it came from the ranch to the restaurant.

The owners say the restaurant's philosophy came from their love of burgers -  but also from wanting them to be as healthy as possible.

"I'll tell you, my 6-year-old devours burgers. We love burgers. So it's really great to know what we are feeding her. Obviously it is a burger, but it's a healthy product. It's the stuff you want to bring home. It's the stuff you want to cook at home," says co-owner Maggie Dajani.

Burger Rush serves up local produce and the buns are baked fresh every day.

They have been open for a few weeks, but they are holding a grand opening on Friday.
