Rebel Donuts takes Best Bites to the extreme

An Albuquerque donut shop that just opened its doors is taking donuts to the extreme.
Rebel Donuts is located on Wyoming just north of Menaul in the Northeast Heights.
Some of the flavors they feature include Barney Rebel, Chocolate Salted Pretzel, Rocky Road, the Homer and Breaking Bad Blue Sky.
One of their most popular right now is the Maple Bacon.
Co-owner Tina Winn says, "It is absolutely delicious. It's moist, its good, its sweet and breakfasty at the same time so it's like a little bit of heaven."
Co-owner Carrie Mettling tells us about how they have already developed a following on Facebook.
"We've got people online. I threw out a little contest last week saying what can you guys come up with and we've gotten such good suggestions we're probably gonna make a majority of the suggestions that we got," says Mettling.
