An evacuation at the Jamestown Oil Refinery near Gallup was called off Monday after police failed to find anything threatening at the plant.

Officials called for an evacuation of the refinery Monday after an anonymous person called the McKinley County Sheriff Department at about 6:25 a.m., saying a bomb would go off at 7.

Police swept the plant and found no explosive devices.

Everything was cleared and the evacuation was called off at about 9.55 a.m.

The caller, who was male, called from a land line and has not been traced.
