James Carney Ritterhoff, 39, entered a guilty plea under a plea agreement. The Albuquerque resident and former Missouri law enforcement officer pled guilty to two charges of receiving child pornography. He's sentenced to 7 ½ years in prison followed by ten years of supervised release.
