Several people were sickened at a Nob Hill-area bank Tuesday morning after exhaust from machinery being used in the basement was sucked into the bank.
An Albuquerque Fire Department spokesperson said people reported feeling ill inside the Bank of America branch at 4401 Central NE.
Firefighters responded and found that exhaust from machinery being used on work in the basement had been sucked into its heating and cooling system.
Three people were evaluated by AFD Rescue personnel on scene and one woman was transported to the hospital for further evaluation.
The bank is now back open.
