Forget hope and change, the two words UNM head coach Bob Davie are preaching this fall is urgency and patience.

"Things look bleak right now, but we're going to stay positive," said Davie.

Urgency and patience don't work well together, but that's the state of the Lobo football program right now.  "We're so urgent we're almost panicked right now trying to geth this thing going," explained Davie.  "But we really do have to be patient in the big picture of all this."

The Lobos face the Aggies in Las Cruces this Saturday night.
