Murder suspect to get 2nd mental evaluation

A Santa Fe man accused of killing two people over rent money will undergo another mental evaluation.
Arthur Anaya was previously ruled competent to stand trial, but his lawyers disputed that.
Santa Fe District Court Judge Stephen Pfeffer said Thursday the defense can have Anaya reevaluated.
Anaya is accused of shooting and killing 16-year-old Austin Urban and 51-year-old Theresa Vigil in Santa Fe in January. Police said it was over a late rent payment.
