Partially decomposed body found in Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - Authorities say a partially decomposed body has been found in a dirt field in Albuquerque.
Albuquerque police say a citizen called in about 1:30 p.m. Wednesday to report the discovery of a body on top of a mattress in the open field northwest of 90th and Central.
Officers responded and say the body appears to be an adult male.
They say no identification was found on the body and no readily apparent sign of trauma, particularly due to the increased state of decomposition.
The body was transported to the medical examiner's office for an autopsy.
