ABQ Aloft takes hot air balloons to local schools

ABQ Aloft was out to give school children a special treat Friday morning.
They showed off their balloons at more than 60 schools in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. The event is meant to teach kids about ballooning, and get them involved in the Balloon fiesta.
Balloonists said it's a great chance to show students the science behind a hot air balloon.
