Accused drunk driver slams into cruiser

An accused drunk driver is behind bars after he crashed into a police cruiser.
Police said 25-year-old Joseph Herrera was drunk when he hit a police cruiser at Coors near St. Joseph's around 2:00 a.m.
They said he tried to drive away, but was quickly stopped and arrested.
The accident took out a big chunk of the officer's vehicle. No one was hurt in the incident.
Herrera is facing aggravated DWI charges.
