Man arrested in death of woman found near Tucumcari

Investigators have arrested a man in connection with the death of a woman whose remains were found near Tucumcari on Oct. 5.
Frank Keller has been charged with murder, tampering with evidence and unlawful taking of a motor vehicle in connection with the death of Kimberly Draman who went missing on Sept. 13.
Keller was served with a no-bond warrant and he is currently incarcerated at the Quay County Detention Center.
New Mexico State Police Criminal Investigations Bureau found Draman's remains near the intersection of US 54 and Quay County Road AC.
