ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - Authorities say an Albuquerque man has been indicted for allegedly robbing four businesses in the city at gunpoint earlier this year.

A federal grand jury returned an eight-count indictment against 22-year-old Oscar Marquez.

He's accused of robbing the businesses between May 28 and June 9.

Authorities say Marquez is in state custody. He will be transferred to federal custody to face the charges in the indictment.

It was unclear Tuesday whether Marquez had legal representation for his case.
