Santa Fe police identify man, 71, killed in car accident Sunday

Santa Fe police have identified a man who died Sunday in a car accident after being hit near the intersection of Llano and Thomas.
Police say the man, Lynn Cobb, 71, was killed when he was hit by another driver.
Police say Cobb was at fault because he failed to yield the right of way.
The other driver, a woman who received only minor injuries, will not be charged.
