Police looking for passenger of slasher

Santa Fe police said that the man who slashed another man's face earlier this month had a passenger.
Police are looking to question 21-year-old Rachel Smith. Police said Smith was in the truck that hit a parked car.
According to police, the owner of the car came out of his home and tried to stop the driver. the driver is accused of cutting the homeowner's face with a knife. Police said the homeowner then pulled out a gun and shot the driver.
