Rio Rancho councilors want to repeal pet shop ban

Rio Rancho city councilors want to repeal a law that would ban pet shops from selling animals.
Under current law, pet shops will have to stop selling cats and dogs in the next couple of years.
Some councilors said that's bad for business.
The council was supposed to take up this issue last week, but it was put off until Wednesday evening.
