This Thursday night's high school football match-up was one of the top most-rivaled games in the state.

Eldorado and La Cueva faced off - and it was a big game in terms of district standings.

The first time the Bears touched the ball they scored - as Zach Silva went over the middle to Jarrick Sharp - he made the score to make it 7-0 Bears.

Then La Cueva's Michael Rose took the pitch and got in for another score.

In the end, the Bears beat the Eagles, with a final score of 35 to 27.
