Another person has been arrested in connection with an arson-turned-murder case in Taos.

The old Holy Cross Convent burned down in August.

Police ended up finding 39-year-old Christian Payton's body in the basement.

Police said they think Deborah Jaramillo and William Smith murdered Payton then set the building on fire to hide the body.

The U.S. Marshals Service arrested Jaramillo Oct. 19 in Durango. They arrested Smith Thursday in Santa Fe.
