A smoke lounge in Peralta, NM is getting complaints from a woman who lives next to the shop.

Pam Hernandez said a fight in the parking lot outside The Bubble Lounge moved into her front yard on Friday night.

She said the police were called and it was not the first time officers responded to the popular lounge.

Hernandez said there is underage drinking in the parking lot and shots were fired during the summer outside the lounge.

She said her biggest fear is for her three children.

"It's scary and I keep calling the cops and it's just seems to be getting worse. Nothing seems to be getting done about it," Hernandez said.

Hernandez said there should be security in the parking lot of the lounge.

The Bosque Farms Police Department patrols Peralta.

The department confirmed shots had been fired at the lounge in the summer.

There was no confirmation about the police involvement on Friday night.

The owner of The Bubble Lounge said he was not available for comment until Monday.
