Former Walmart employee sentenced for stabbing

A former Walmart employee has been sentenced to eight years behind bars for stabbing a customer at work.

Guadalupe Murillo, 32, was working at a Walmart in Clovis in May 2010 when police said he got into a fight with a man at the store.

Murillo stabbed the man in the chest. Another man was also stabbed.

Police said after the stabbings, Murillo went back to work in the area of the store. Murillo was arrested soon after.
