Tuesday was the University of New Mexico's third annual "Out Loud" bullying prevention community forum.

UNM's Gay and Lesbian Resource Center hosted the event.

UNM and Albuquerque Public School students participated on two panels; one where students shared their bullying stories, and another where they talked about resources for people being bullied.

Surveys show that over 86 percent of gay students are bullied at school.
