Man accused of driving drunk with child in the car

A man is behind bars Sunday accused of crashing his car while drunk. Police say he also had his 3-year-old in the car.
50-year-old Ardale Mahooty is facing child abuse charges.
Police said they arrived to a crash at San Pedro and Montgomery early this morning.
They said Mahooty appeared to be extremely intoxicated and they saw the young child in the car.
His blood alcohol concentration was three times the legal limit, according to police.
