The community celebrated life Sunday in the annual Dia de los Muertos Marigold Parade.

The parade was at 2:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon at the Bernalillo Sheriff's sub station.

There was live music, art vendors, food and altars set up to remember those who have passed, but many just came to see the parade.

"The parade has a lot of cool stuff in it - lots of good floats, lots of fun people throwing stuff around. it's a lot of fun," parade-goer Lee Harding.

And people didn't have to be in the parade to have a skull face - all visitors were invited to wear their best Calavera attire.
