Agents from Federal Protective Services are investigating an incident in which a man jumped through an employee service window Monday morning at the Social Security office at 4300 Cutler NE.

Albuquerque police, who initially handled the call, told KOB that they were told the man may have had a gun.

One witness told APD he heard a pop.

Police were not able to verify that account.

Federal Protective Services - not APD - is now handling the incident.
